Cancellation before digital supply
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order before digital supply begins. Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period, including the usual 14-day period for UK consumer distance contracts, we honor that right. The period for a digital-content contract normally starts after the contract is made.
When digital supply begins
In jurisdictions where the law permits it, a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may end when digital supply begins only after you expressly consent to early supply and acknowledge the resulting loss of that right, with the required confirmation provided to you. We do not rely on this exception unless those requirements have been met.
Downloading a file alone does not remove rights that applicable law preserves. A general agreement to terms is not treated as a substitute for any separate consent and acknowledgment required by law.
Non-delivery, faults, and inaccurate descriptions
Contact us if you paid but cannot access the promised file, receive the wrong guide, discover a corrupt file, or believe the resource is materially different from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include making the correct file available, repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Tell us about a duplicate or incorrect charge so we can review it. You do not need to surrender statutory rights or accept store credit in place of a legally required refund.
How to make a request

To exercise a cancellation right, a clear statement is sufficient. You can write: “I cancel my contract for [guide title], ordered on [date], order [number]. My name is [name] and my email is [email].”
Refund processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. We process them within the period required by applicable law; the payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We do not charge a fee for a legally required refund.
Your local rights
Consumer protections differ by location. If mandatory law gives you a more favorable right than this policy, that right applies. There is no blanket “all sales final” rule overriding statutory remedies.
