1. About Maxinus
These terms apply to maxinus.com and the educational digital guides offered under the Maxinus brand. Contact: support@maxinus.com; +447473987061; 104 Hartopp Rd, Leicester LE2 1WF, UK.
2. Current availability
The displayed guides are currently available for browsing only. Purchasing is disabled until the corresponding PDF files are ready. A displayed price or product page does not mean the resource can currently be ordered. We do not accept payment for an unavailable file.
3. Products and scope
Our resources cover general business education and are supplied in English (US) as PDFs when available. No physical item is shipped. Each product page identifies the subject, price, and intended learning outcomes. Page counts, editable templates, updates, subscriptions, or personal support are included only if expressly stated.
The current offering does not include individual consulting or professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for assessing a resource’s suitability for your circumstances and obtaining qualified advice when needed.
4. Orders and payment
When sales open, you must review your order and correct errors before confirming it. Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total will be displayed before payment. There are no recurring charges unless expressly agreed. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or other fees.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of a request. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance and make the available guide accessible. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will not retain payment for it. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
5. Digital delivery and accounts
Delivery for an available guide follows successful payment, as described in our Digital Product Delivery Policy. Provide an accurate email address. If you use an account, protect its credentials and tell us about unauthorized use. An internet connection and compatible PDF reader are required.
6. License to use a guide
After a valid purchase, you receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to read and use the guide for personal learning and internal use within your own business. Copyright remains with its owner. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly upload, or remove ownership notices from the file. Contact us about wider usage permissions.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, delivery problems, and faulty or misdescribed digital content. We do not exclude mandatory consumer protections. Any loss of a statutory digital-content cancellation right depends on the consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation required by applicable law.
8. Responsible website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, or interfere with other visitors. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary, while preserving rights connected with legitimate purchases.
9. Responsibility and disputes
Business results depend on your circumstances and actions; we do not promise revenue, profit, funding, compliance, or other specific results. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.
Please contact us first to discuss a concern. These terms do not remove protections or court rights that apply to you under mandatory law in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future use and orders. The version provided with an accepted order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or separately agreed.
